Miele washing machine fault code F63

Our Miele washing machine "Miele TouchTronic W 3033" has done a perfect job for the past 15 years but a few weeks ago it started suddenly to beep and printed the message "Techical Fault Call Technical Service" in the display. It showed fault code "F63".

Miele's own web site says that you need to call indeed a technician to have parts replaced. I found however a youtuber claiming that you could just power off the machine and wait a moment before you run it again without any washing machine powder. This worked indeed. The fault code F63 seems to occur when there is too much foam. This can happen if you added accidently a bit too much washing machine powder or you changed the type of powder/liquid. Simply power the machine off/on and let it wash again (in express mode if you want) but without adding any laundry detergent.
